1:00pm: Lunch, a chance for Matt to liaise with owners, organise lesson bookings, and check training progress with clients, along with planning competition schedules.

2:00 – 5:00pm: A chance for further exercising, tack cleaning, and all the odd jobs such as mane and tail pulling, dusting down the tack room, and cleaning the wash box.

5:30pm: Evening feed time, by now all horses are in, washed down, legs dried, groomed, and rugged for the night.

9:00pm: Late night check to see all horses are settled and a chance to change rugs of any that have been exercised by owners in the evening.

10:30pm: Sleep time
